Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the commercial installation services provided by Apex Tech Care. By scheduling an installation call, you agree to these Terms.

1. Commercial Service Scope

Apex Tech Care provides on-site commercial hardware and network installation. We perform physical infrastructure deployment and workstation setup at the business location or designated remote workspace. We do NOT offer remote technical support or software debugging. All services require physical installer presence.

2. Appointments & Access

Services are by appointment only. An Authorized Representative of the business or account holder must be present at the location during the installation visit.

3. Data Backup & Liability

Client Responsibility: It is the sole responsibility of the client to back up all mission-critical data, databases, and files before the installation team arrives to deploy new physical hardware.

Limitation of Liability: Apex Tech Care is NOT responsible for any corporate data loss or corruption. We provide physical infrastructure and hardware setup solutions only.

4. Warranty

We provide a 30-day warranty on professional installation labor. This warranty covers defects in the physical installation workmanship. It does NOT cover software conflicts, malware, or physical damage caused to the hardware after the deployment visit.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the on-site installation unless corporate invoicing terms have been agreed upon in writing.
